Written Instructions
Unpacking Your Kit
Each kit contains: 1 grow kit (prepared substrate), 1 container with mineral top layer, 1 grow bag. Open the box carefully and place the contents on a clean surface.
Preparation
Wash your hands thoroughly. We recommend using latex gloves and disinfectant gel. Spread the mineral top layer evenly over the grow kit. Place the grow kit into the supplied grow bag.
Moistening
Spray the mineral top layer until it is very moist, but not soaked. Spray the inside of the grow bag lightly. Ensure there is enough fresh air and close the bag with the clip.
Daily Care
Spray the top layer and inside of the bag once or twice a day. Refresh the air by gently squeezing the bag. Keep the top layer and bag moist at all times.
Pinning Stage
After 6–11 days, small mushroom pins will appear. Remove the grow kit from the bag, spray inside the bag, refresh the air, and place the kit back inside the bag.
Harvest
Mushrooms are ready to harvest 5–7 days after pinning. Best time: 24–36 hours after dark spores appear on caps. Harvest by gently twisting or bending the stem until it detaches from the substrate.
Next Flush
Spray the top layer again from a distance of ~10 cm. It is normal if some water collects in the grow bag. A new flush will begin to grow. Avoid spraying water directly on new mushrooms.
