Due to the biological nature of our products, returns are not possible once the package has been shipped. All grow kits contain living organisms and must be handled in sterile conditions, making them unsuitable for return.

We guarantee the quality of each kit. Every product undergoes rigorous quality control before shipping to ensure viability and freshness.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If a package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@growit.shop and we will discuss a resolution. Please include your order number and photos of any damage.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us at info@growit.shop with your order number.
